| This machine is designed to stack plastic
bins and lids. Empty bins are loaded onto a chain conveyor
into the bin stacking section where they are stacked inside
each other and then transferred to the bin stack.
At the same time full bins with lids are loaded into the
lid stacking section. The lid is lifted off & transferred
onto the lid stack section (capacity 20 lids). The Full
bin without a lid is unloaded & the sequence is repeated
as each full bin is loaded.
The machine is fully automatic and is fitted with a PLC.
The machine can be built to accomodate any bin size and any
required number of bins to be stacked or destacked.
An electric power supply & air supply are required but
if necessary and air compressor can be fitted.
Wiring is concealed in the RHS frame of the machine and the
machine is fully assembled and test run in the workshop before
delivery.
A full operation manual is provided as well as electrical
drawings.
